I am 44 and people are telling me to have a will. I must admit it is a depressing topic to have to prepare for death but of course if something were to happen, it makes things much easier for the family.
Are there any suggestions as to what I should ask a prospective attorney. I was also told a living will, health care proxy, and power of attorney are needed.
