You can chose in the adsense that you are placing in frame.

Yerp you all are correct Adsense has pretty good payout from what i have experienced...

NO, you can't place adsense in IFRAME.
I ask google adsense team about that and they reply the following:
"AdSense publishers may not modify the AdSense code in any way,
including isplaying it through an Iframe. In order to comply with our policies,
please place the AdSense ad code directly on the source code of your
content pages on all of your websites.
Thank you for your understanding. Once you've made the appropriate
changes, please reply to this email so that we can review your site
again."

Thanks mess, you've made a very important clarification and I answered edpudol's query incorrectly.
While pages made with frames are allowed and supported, use of IFRAME is not.
I think there is potential for abuse using IFRAME, as well as the most important factor that ads are targeted based on the content on the page, and IFRAME defeats that system.
