Do any of you have a favorite software or service that you use that have really helped your Internet marketing?

Tell me about your experience with it and if it was really worth the money and lived up to its expectations.

When I first came online I had a blaster that plugged on FFAs. Guess now bots are spaming forums. Don't think bots will be effective long term. The FFA blasters kind of killed off the FFAs. Or did the FFAs just become more orgnized traffic exchanges?

I'm totally loving Link Referal thus the 15 million er 100 to 200 forum post plugging it.

I did upgrade and caugh up $50. Should have head off a month to upgrade. Then again perhpas waiting a month would have costed a recruit?

If I come across anything else that is good I'll post it in the advert section;)

And if it is really good I'll put it in my siggy.

Safe lists have been totally dead for me for a while. I'm told credit based are the way to go; but, haven't taken the time to really use them.

unwavering fan of seo powersuite tools - they are accurate and very intelligently coded. they have a nice free version but their main market is paid versions. my hunch is that their most popular users are seo companies and webmasters who already have solid seo knowledge. the tools are by no means basic but they definitely have nice features for both seo on and offpage.

I have found the following tools to be quite helpful. Google Trends- shows how often a particular search-term is entered relative to the total search-volume across various regions of the world, it also allows you to compare the volume of searches between two or more terms. Google Keyword Tool- allows you to find keywords by entering multiple keywords or key phrases, or a website address. It will then give you related keywords as well as the competition for the keyword.

For my e-mail marketing campaign, I like using GroupMail 5. I could easily send emails to hundreds of recipients. Though the free version allows you to only send to 100 recipients at a time, it's still fast and very useful.

I use a combination of Google Alerts, Hootsuite, Social Mention and Tweetdeck.

Google alerts is great because it sends you (via email) any mention of your brand in a blog, news story or popular post.

Social Mention is a great tool for seeing in Google, Bookmarking sites, Facebook posts, Twitter etc. who has mentioned your brand or keyword, if it was a positive or negative post, how often it's mentioned and with what associating words.
