Just checked out how much promotion dropes off in January.
I thought that activity would pick up in January. But it looks like March and April are the most active based on "safe list" activity.

Anyone else have some more data on this issue? May check out some other safe lists later and see if they are similar to this one.
I was actually expecting activity to increase in January!!! But I guess that is just projection in that I tend to be motivated with the beginning of a new year.
