I Need Advice On Selling A Note |
|
|
We sold a property recently on a "land contract." I understand the principles of selling a contract, but I've never actually sold one. We haven't decided to sell, but want to know what we could get. Can someone with experience recommend a good place to start? Thanks,

Im guessing your trying to sell a note. A note is not a contract its a promise to pay. The dollar bill in your pocket is also a note. In the old days if you took your dollar bill to the us treasuary, they would give you the same amount in value with either gold or silver.
Best place to start looking is at real estate invesmtent sites as alot of them are into buying and selling notes. Also look in your newspaper classifields and you will find note buyers or sellers. If no buyers are listed, then ask the note sellers where you can go to sell the notes.
Hope that helps
