Just wanting to know about this Forex im looking into getting some stock and was just wondering would this be the best route??

Forex is short for foreign exchange, and refers to speculation in the relative values of different currencies.
It is not the same as stock investing, and does not have the same regulatory oversight, which seems to be why some promoters of forex trading schemes consider it to be an attractive way to try to separate you from your money.
Forex futures DO come under the jurisdiction of the Commodities Futures Trading Commission, which has many of the same powers as the SEC to levy civil penalties and recommend criminal prosecution to the Justice Department. The forex spot market DOES come under the jurisdiction of state and federal banking regulators.
Power to punish fraud, however, is not the same as power to prevent it. Prevention is mainly up to you.
