Back Door Financing?  Reply with quote

Hey guys,
I was hoping someone here could help me out with this.

I spoke to someone last week who mentioned something that I remember to be "back door financing". It is how these 3am No Cash, No Credit infomercial deals work basically.

I probably have the term wrong, but I was wondering if anyone had any info/insight into it. Let me know.

Thanks
G

One definition of back door financing is...

quote:

When a government Agency borrows from the U.S. Treasury instead of relying on congressional appropriations.

But you are obviously asking about personal loans.

It is possible to roll practically all of the costs of a loan into the loan principal. Is this what you are speaking of?
