you have to have a capital to start with, you can start by buying low cost house & begin to market it..

I took the state real estate classes - it provided real estate law, mortgage types & amortizations, basic landlord laws, and a host of local knowledge and war stories about what to buy and what NOT to buy. I consider those classes to be a major part of my success.
It was about a 3-week series of night classes, about 3 nights a week, about 3 hour sessions. Cost only about $300 at the time. That was about 30 yrs ago - so the class requirements (and state to state laws) have probably changed somewhat.

The community surrounding the income property can change in a variety of ways that adversely affect your real estate income property. Increasing vacancy, for instance, can lead to reduced rents, which in turn means reduced maintenance causing building deterioration, in turn causing the whole neighborhood to slip into decline and therein triggering a domino effect that simply compounds the problem. The nearby construction of facilities such as sewer treatment plants and airports will also likely have an adverse effect on the area. Also, perhaps more subtle and slower in coming, is a decline due to increased crime, perhaps resulting from an adjoining neighborhood spill over.

Real estate business basically needs capital and contacts if you have a good mixture of both than truly it will be helpful in making the business a great success.

I think if you are serious to start this business, you should start a training on real estate & have a good amount of money, than think about it. because its very necessary to keep the basic knowledge.

Talking in regards with property real estate, for starting a investment in real estate you will first do finding the best property for eg. commercial or residential or vacant plot.To saw nearest area of this property. how airport ,railway station and market far from this property.

The real estate market and real estate investment goes in cycles, and what works today, may not work tomorrow. So I must say that one should invest very carefully. Create a plan for your real estate investing. Choose a market, and go after that market. If you want to make great profits, it will take time, consistent effort, and a stubborn attitude to get things done, and never give up.
