from 2000 to 2008 NYC grew by 4% population wise.
NJ/NY/CA have out migration at this time. USA Today or WSJ? I've been reading both of those lately.
NY not sure if the state or the city has 18% of HIV in USA. This stat was from talk radio so I don't know if it is real or not.
That suprized me as CA is steriotype(sp?) . . . .
As for owning an apartment I thought that would be called a condo?
If one of the new flews wipes out have the people with aids or even just 5% I would say the NYC market can still go down.
We really should have caped houseing at 100K. Then this melt down would not have happened.
