has anyone here availed of female car insurance? how is it? is it really bang for the buck compared to regular insurance deals? it's so sad that we don't have it here in our country...

Not sure what you mean by female car insurance. But insurance companies do a lot of statistics and likely charge young males more than young females, since males may tend to drive more often and more aggressively. Although, that may change if more females keep running head on into traffic when distracted chatting on cell phones and text messaging while driving.

I only drive unisex cars, so I'm not sure how much it would cost me to get a female car insured.
The driver's gender should already be taken into consideration when the insurance is priced. Insurance is regulated on a state-by-state basis, though, so it's possible that some states do not allow different premiums based on whether the driver is male or female.
