Hi,
We would like to sell our home, but rent it for 1-2 years. Where would we find a buyer like that? Where should we list?
Investment? Future retirement home? 5 beautiful acres of pasture and 1600 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 1.75 with family room home for sale 30 miles from Olympia, WA. $200,000. Appraised at $230K which did not take into consideration 300 sq ft (not on county records). Wildlife is abundant. One year rental agreement required and one year rental renewal option is negotiable.
