I am sure if you are willing to do up a contract a get it notorized i am sure you might find somone to take on your request. I am sure if i were to do it i would want to know about all your accounts, your income, assests etc...

I am not going to do it for you but just putting some thoughts out there as I don't loan money to people, but you might find someone that would.

STILL NEED HELP!  Reply with quote

I am uneligible for a home refinance, because my credit score is to low. What I am looking for is a person/persons able to loan around $25,000-$50,000 for day-care start-up and pay off all old debts. So, within three to five years credit will be repaired and my family can refinance. The loan will be completely legal and I will sign a contract and have it notorized, whatever it takes. i just do not know anyone with money, and I have just started up at my new job only about 2 years ago and I am finally making good money. So, repayment will not be a problem, all credit card are closed, and one car, a mortgage, utilities, and this loan are the only payments per month. So about $3000 coming in or more with daycare, and only $2400 having to go out to pay you and other bills.

I am looking for about $40000 at paying this off over 10 years at $400 a month, this is a decent return on your money, actually about 20% return on the original money. I am willing to use your lawyers, your contract whatever it may take to get all this done, and us on our way to business.

Please respond here or at dan211978@yahoo.com

Since my last post  Reply with quote

Since my last post, I have used taxes and saved quite a bit and used that to get my debt paid way down. The obvious thing my poor credit was not an automatic fix, and I still need help in day care and now looking to set up a graphic design business from home, since i did get my BA in graphic design, maybe I should use it.

So, what I am looking for now is a much smaller loan and still offering a great return on the money. I am looking for $15,000 to get the businesses going. I will be keeping my day job, so the day care will instantly bring money on, but the other would take a bit to get up to par. So, what I am offering is repayment over 42 months at $536 a month which totals out at $22,500 (a50% return on the original money). I looking for a contract and will even use my new home as collateral that I will repay this money.

I don't tend to point too hard to credit repair in this forum, primarily because I do have some vested interest in the concept and would prefer to talk of other things when possible... but while credit repair is not your only option here, you hint at it in the negative, and whether you've considered the idea or not, it sure as heck is a more reasonable one that what you've been asking for...

I mean, unless my neighbor's fetish for "fresh" wood smoke in an urban enrivonment is finally killing all my remaining brain cells, you are offering something like 22-25% APR on a 42-month loan... and it just seems unwise to do such a thing.

Now I don't care how bad your credit score is, for under $500 and a couple months of patience, you should be able to qualify for a loan of this relatively small size at or under a 10% APR. Even 10%, which is hardly the sweetest flower in the pot, would be a scant $425/month to a known and trusted bank, instead of the $536/month you are offering to/from a stranger...

As such, the 90-day ROI of using credit repair to obtain even a pretty unattractive personal unsecured loan means I can't help but point that out as an option. Heck, your original offer is up there with what you might see from the worst pawn shops, credit cards, etc. May as well call the mob.

Graphic design is a good business, but it takes some start-up capital and ongoing expenses, so why not spend $100/month on your supplies, materials, further learning, marketing, etc... and not on usurious loans?

Thanks for replying  Reply with quote

Thanks for replying, but if it was just that easy to wait it out and get a loan in a month o two I would not be waiting for a good response. I also know that this offer favors the lender buy quite a bit, but it is the reward for them helping me get out of a bad situation. You see I am starting a small business, but at the same time I work at a very good job, it is just that my past I have not been able to completely catch up to since being married and having children. So, I know what I can afford to pay, as it is just one payment, but as many different identities wanting money it is hard to fix. As I said, i did use all my tax return to help repair a good portion of my credit problems, but still have catching up to do. So, I am still looking for a good investment or good lender, to help me better my future, although it may not be as you say the best looking offer for myself it is good for someone who can take a chance on a good person. Also, I have spent the money in furthering my education, only two courses until my degree is complete, I also purchase supplies as I can, but I need to fix the past before I can move to far foward in to the future.

Thank you for your time and consideration,

Have you taken your business plan to banks to see what they have to offer, if anything? The business plan is paramount and is probably the deciding factor on approval; the credit score will impact your interest rate. If an investor has to take risk, he should be paid for it.

Kirks and Rolo,

Okay first of the return rate and amount can be worked out between the investor and myself. I figured because it is such a different loan, and hard for me to get anyway, I was giving the investor a return worth his time. I need around $15,000, so I was figuring a return of $25,000 over the next 4 years, starting out at about $500 a month, but payments would increase as daycare does better, until the amount of $25,000 is paid to the investor, which should be before the 4 year deadline.

As for the daycare center, it is actually the first of its kind in our area providing 24 hour services, for those parents who do not work the regular 9 to 5 jobs. Following all state certification standards the daycare is only allowed two more children during the hours of 6am-6pm, other than our own, at a rate of $100 per child. So, at average this will bring in an income of $800 a month, but that is not all because with help the center can have more children and after the hours of 6pm the center becomes a babysitter and requirements go to 3 additional children. So, when this center opens the following income will be added to our income:

daycare 2 children (6am-6pm) =$800 a month
daycare help 3 more children(minus help pay) =$400 a month
afterhours care (6pm-6am) =$600 a month

an additional income of =$1800 a month

So, as you can see when added to my income and my second job, repayment for this loan and repayment/ credit repair will be achieved at an accelerated rate. So, although we will start repayment at $500 a month, after all bills are caught up and paid off, we can easily add to the payments paying off the investment at possibly even a doubled rate. So, with all going well the loan could be paid off with the return in as soon as 2 and a half years, but at the lastest 4 years.

Worse case senerio is that the daycare will only pay what we need, but my job income does make enough to repay the loan, and I get a $1 raise every 6 months until I reach the target pay rate of $26 an hour.

Looking into it  Reply with quote

We are looking into it, but we would like to get it all started and taken care of much faster than the normal long period it takes through SBA. As, you can see above we have thought this over and decided in order to start now and take care of past problems, we must find alternitive routes to begin.

Thanks for the quick responses, please feel free to email if interested.
