I see a lot of questions on this board about their jobs and businesses if your a key employee or president of a company you owe it to yourself and your staff to bring someone in atleast once a year to help train and motivate your people; a business coach could be a great asset to you. especially if you have a sales team.
When is the last time your company had a retreat or team building excercise?
Just a suggestion  Invest in yourself and your company.
