I am in need of some piggy back marketing. I want to place a small text ad in someone's newsletter that they send to their members. I am willing to negotiate on a CPM (cost per thousand) basis. Here's what I had in mind:
Allowing a 25 word or less text ad at a rate of $1.50 CPM plus money you can generate from our affiliate program. OR
Allowing a 25 word or less ad at a rate for $2.50 CPM.
I am willing to negotiate the rates. Please no scams I will be able to track the ad.

Out of curiosity, how do you track how many copies of your ad have been issued? I don't see how you can easily do this.
