Dlf Limited has informed the Exchange that pursuant to Section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 read with the Companies (Passing of the Resolutions by Postal Ballot) Rules, 2001, as amended, the Members/ Shareholders of the Company have passed the Resolutions with requisite majority, by means of Postal Ballot (the results whereof have been announced on June 10, 2009)
