ING Direct is currently offering an interest rate of 4.75% on new deposits until April 15, then the rate goes to 3.80%. This beats the 1% you get with a regular savings account. HSBC also gives you 25 dollars back.
everbank checking gives you 5.01% for 3 months and 50 dollars back if you aren't happy.
