"Internet real estate" is a term coined by the internet investment community relating to ownership of domain names and the similarities between high quality internet domain names and real-world, prime real estate.

Even with the economy in it's current state rela estate investments done with caution still provide solid investments whiel other markets remain volatile. What's done is done in real estate and a recovery, while slow in taking hold will occur.
