I am thinking it might be time to invest in a second property. I don't know if I have the energy to maintain another house, and cringe at the idea of HOA fees.
Condo vs Small Cottage? Then neverednding debate.
Also this property would more than likely just be a part-time residence. Actually I need to get away from my almost x-wife but thats my sob story.
I won't bore you with it.
I am leaning toward small cottage and just hiring the lawn guy etc. I hate the uncertainty of those Condo board rules/regs and fees being out of my control.
Any other advice/ideas/comments welcome...
