Anybody got information about Tax Liens or Deeds?? I saw a information on the T.V about how people are spending between $200 and up and is purchasing Houses and Land, Is this for real?? Or a bunch of Crap?

If it is real any websites or information on it would be great!!

Yes it is possible but as always you should always read the disclaimer on the bottom of the screen.. about it not applying to all cases. Was it John Beck? But yes, it is true that it can happen, usually the good ones have many ppl bidding on them and the price goes up but still a discount and way to get a house very cheap.

However, I believe there are different laws for different states concerning how long until it become yours. In other words, you are bidding to take over their tax lein and then the previous owner now owes you plus 25% interest or something. Usually, since they didn't pay their taxes before they are not going to pay you and after so long it becomes yours.

Pretty interesting and good way to get real estate for price of a car if you know what you are doing.
