I like hearing all this good news. Being in the retail and technical service industries, consumer and corporate confidence make all the difference in the world. If the outlook is bleak and the wallets are closed, it doesn't help sales. After all, isn't the "health" of the economy mostly based on what we think it is? If everybody thinks the economy is great, then they spend and it is great...

good news is good...

too much focus is placed on the loss of manufacturing jobs that will never return,scare tactics are being played by the media, politicians and those pesky anarchists, when in all reality the economy is steadily gaining ground, housing industry is booming and really hot on the lender side. we had 7.0 % growth (some euro countries have not seen that in 20 years) and it is a FACT that when growth shows up like that new jobs follow.
