Hi has anyone used Mvelopes budgetting system. I have come across it in the UK where it has been newly advertised.? Both Microsoft money and Quicken have been withdrawn from the market here and it seems to be the only product on the market?

I haven't used it but I have heard some good reviews on it. Many people still prefer the envelope system and I know that finance guru Dave Ramsey (www.daveramsey.com) has a similar envelope system. If you don't have other popular software methods available to you definitely give Mvelopes a try.
At least you will have sound budgeting system. Good luck!
