My website complete one year on June first week. I am working only 2 hours a day. I want to earn $200 per month on next year.
Please help me?

It's funny that you posted some good traffic generating posts and yet you have problems getting adsense income.

You don't need to buy or pay any ebook or information to reach your goal. All you need to do is explore the net look for free tips on how to increase your income from adsense.
To be successful in your adsense campaign , targeted traffic is the key success. No artificial traffic. The more traffic your site can get the more money you earn the the logic.
After getting good traffic, next to do is test your ads which one earning and which one is not earning.
Color blending is always a factor to get more click plus the location of the ads.

1 year 343 thats 50 a month. not bad for first year. keep working at it you will be at 50 a day in no time

A couple thoughts.
You might try putting the Ads in a top left position where they'll catch the eye quicker.
I've also read that forums are not the best Adsense money makers.
On the other hand $50 per month isn't all that bad if you can build on it.

To make $200 per-month you need 500 to 900 visitors perday to make that much. Start promoting your website, to get that many visitors. Just start selling something from your website, as your traffic is worth more than few cent on adsense.
