Hi Everyone:
Just wanted to inform you that out of the clear blue sky I was given a job opportunity. Many years ago my job search included a major Accounting agency, Robert Half International/Accountemps. Recently the local office suggested that I reapply since it was many years since I had worked for them. One of the branches in another part of my state contacted me and said they had a Payroll position they felt would fit my background and experience. They contacted the company (major children's clothing manufacturer) and arranged for an interview. After being interviewed, the company hired me on a temporary to permanent basis the next day! Therefore, my gratitiude goes out to everyone who has given me advice and support over the years I have been a member. Thank you for allowing me to share my thoughts and opinions, and I hope to be as active as possible (although I know between my commute, etc. there will not be much time left in the day for much of anything).
