Hi there,
I made my page say as domain.com listing any link to other domain that contains certain link back to domain.com
Do search engines dislike it?
If so, why?

I do know that they much prefer outside one-way links using keywords in the link, and frown on reciprocal link exchanging. This used to be the highly touted strategy, but like most attempts to trick the search engines, it does more harm than good now.

I studied a bit of search engine design and some of the ranking algorithms used by search engines take into account that possibility. It is normal for a website to link to another that in turn links back to you. When a search engine "crawls" the web it also jumps to random sites and then offers a higher ranking if that random jump eventually leads back to your site, and they also keep a history of where they have "crawled" and how they got there so as to not end up in a forever loop as I like to call them (the correct term is an infinite loop).
Additionally, if I link to you, and you link to me, that is not as bad as lets say I link to you six times, you link to me seven times. The algorithms take this into account and can discount your ranking accordingly to compensate. I don't think you necessarily loose ranking, but you don't really gain an advantage as you may think. The best way to improve ranking is 1) have a high number of hits, 2) have a high number of different websites that link to you.
