Anchor text in links can help the target links rank better for those terms.
This is useful technique that can be used with signatures or other webpage links to help a page's search engine optimization.
For example, this link is okay, but not much SEO value...

As you know I'm more websurf then webmaster.
This year I'm going to try and focus more on quality then quantity.
It is easy to mess around on the internet and not learn anything like SEO.
Learning is best defined as a relative permante change in behavior. PSYC 101 and 203 plus even graduate level classes.
