I recieve an email from overture.com and give me this link http://www.content.overture.com/d/USm/ays/sm_faq.jhtml. What do you think of this new program of overture? Does they are now planning to include a pay per click program on their company?

Site Match is a pay for inclusion in the regular search results type of program, something that I would avoid. If I'm going to pay, it will be to appear in the ads at the top of the page, not just a possibility of showing up on the first page regular results. And once you stop paying, you might not show up in the same space that you could get for free!
Overture may have a program similar to AdSense, but I think that it is limited to the really big sites. There really is nothing quite like AdSense for the little to medium size websites.
But, you could try checking out AdSonar. Quigo's got a program, which might be restricted to bigger players, I'm not sure. They are accepting publishers in the following categories: Travel, Education and Health, Beauty & Fitness.
