Folks,
I have a question ragarding buying house insurance. I am living in Garland, Texas, USA.
In your opinions, what items in an house insurance policy do I should buy and should not buy?
For example, things like hail damage, fire I should buy, etc.

Buds,
is house foundation is lifetime warranty from the house builder? If we have the problem with house foundation, can we contact the builder about their responsibilities although the house was built over 25 years?
