If you complain too much, they don't want your business: Sprint Nextel is terminating service for about 1000 customers who called customer service "excessively" about unresolved issues.


Well, I suppose if a service issue can't be resolved, I wouldn't want to do business with them anyway.

Yeah, I heard about this story and it's UNHEARD of really. Although I learned in a marketing class that some businesses do try to kill certain products off by advertising it badly or not at all. But killing off customers? That's comedy!
