My mom is trying to buy a bed and breakfast that is zoned both residental and commercial. She needs to buy it residental to get a better loan. But no one will give her a residental loan since it it surrounded by commercial properties. I say that yet there are residenal houses in that area also. How do we go about getting a loan for residental?
