Wow recently we have just recieved our property tax from the dallas county area and it has more then tripled. I look around on the dallas property tax site and it is not just us but pretty much all the retail commercial have more then double, some triple, and actually our neighbor next door had 4x. Last year they were at 1.9 million and this year, without them improving or adding anything it jump to 8.2 million. Now I want to ask what in the world is going on, no body could possibly have saved enough to pay tax when it jump this high. Of course we have our property consultant team to go and lower it but what the hell is dallas county thinking? Has anyone else experience this and what advice can you give me? Plus if you know of any good big property consulatants to take care of this please share, thank you.

Wow, thatīs an abuse. But I think that itīs irreversible. The goverment is inflexible with this matters, maybe if you form a group or something.
