Every people likes our job for fulfill our need. According to me most of the people are not agree with job because they don't have another option, so if anybody have no other option in that condition they loves our job.

Sometimes it's a matter of perspective. If you try to love what you do, whatever job it is, you'll end up really loving and enjoying it in the long run. Oh, but really nice colleagues, are a big help too!
