Good stuff.
The most important SEO consideration that you have correctly addressed and that people trying to build local service/product websites also need to do, is to make sure that the title of the homepage includes the keywords + the location.
Mike's homepage title is "South Florida Home Inspections".
Specific city names in the title can help too, if that is how your potential customers search for your service.
