When I got online years and years ago. 1998 or 1999 I don't recall but it was before 2000.
Anyway I was all excited to join PPL and recruit. My upline told me I would get a "free" website which I spent hours and hours promoting.
Then a uncle of mine asked why I had not responded to his request for info on PPL.
Well I found out if you just have a "free" site your leads go to the nearest member of the sign up with a paid website!!!!!
Then I let the upline manipulate me into paying for a site. That is how they get you. Your not serious about your busisness unless you get ripped off on a site.

i was a member of prepaid legal also a couple yrs back. i didnt stick with it as not alot of ppl would take me serious with it. i may stand a better chance with it now but i dont go for mlms anymore.
