| How much must i prepare? |

Hi guys, pls help me with this. If i want to loan $200,000 from the bank with a interest of 5% p.a. compounded monthly for the next 15 years. How much will i have to pay monthly?
If after the 24th repayment and i decided to pay out the left over sum in full. How much should i prepare? Thanks alot for your time.
