Hello all, I am here because I am getting engaged soon and would like to get more money for my soon to be fiance. She needs to have dental work and doesn't have the money for it. I NEED to make some money, I love her to death and would love to stop her tooth pain and headackes. Currently I am a Sergeant in the Army, I work for a civilian contracted securty force at an airport, and I just started as a field agent for a used car lot. Yes, I currently have three jobs, but thats what you have to do when the one you love is in pain. I am hoping for the car business to go good, I have been doing it in the evening with no sales as of yet. If I get someone to buy a car I will get $400, so that money could add up very fast for me and my soon to be fiance (yes thank God I already have the ring). Wish me luck, I seriously need it.

Wish I could give you a good answer. If you get married and have an insurance plan you might want to look at HSA (health saving account) and or FSA(flex savings account).
You can at least save on taxes, so if you are in the 25% tax bracket, just imagine getting the work done for 25% less.
