Okay thank you very much for helping me with the taxing corporations vs. the individual issue, but how is that you offically make a "Corporation". I mean, I'm not an expert in the field but I wouldn't think that you just arbitrarily declare a Corporation. So just how would one make a business a certified Corporation? Thanks again Smile

With Regards,

From someone who has been there and done that, get a competent attorney you can trust who has a track record in such dealings.

If you woke up with a headache one morning, I doubt that you would whip out a scalpel in front of the bathroom mirror in preparation to do your own brain surgery or even call in a neighbor to assist you.

Likewise, don't ask for legal advice from a group of equally skilled individuals who's only credentials are being able to verify an email address so they can join a public forum.

It depends on the complexity of the organisation. It could be intricate and I would go No-Brainer's route, or it can be simple and a no-brainer that you can do yourself. (heh, couldn't resist)

The first question is whether you need to incorporate? Why?

Will an LLC suffice (they are easy)?

Pick the company format that fits your needs the best.
