San Diego Real Estate  Reply with quote

Hi:

I came across an interesting take on the real estate market trend in San Diego California. After reading this, it really changed my own outlook. Check it out at: http://www.brokerforyou.com/san-diego-real-estate-market-trend.htm

Bob Schwartz is a great guy who knows a lot about real estate and internet marketing. A few months ago he gave me a great auto reply form for my website about Austin Real Estate. For free, just b/c I asked! I envy his Google rankings for just about every "San Diego" real estate keyword:x
We share links for a couple different websites.

And about his San Diego real estate write up, I agree with him. The San Diego real estate market is about to tank. Very honest guy!

Respectfully Disagree, -San Diego is still growing...  Reply with quote

I may not know the market as intimately as Bob, but according to my recent visit to San Diego and seeing it all with my own eyes- the development efforts of downtown area specifically; I foresee a big future for this exotic city, it even made me meet up with real-estate brokers and look at some apartments -- the city, in my opinion - has a lot of potential.
I should probably make a negative comment since I didn't make a purchase yet, but one thing I will partially agree with - San Diego isn't cheap...

Your future neighbor…

Regards,
^D
