I'm sure there are some people here who earn high on adsense. So how much taxes do you pay?

It depends on your tax bracket and how you file. If you have a full-time job and operate your website on the side, you'd likely just use Schedule C to calculate your Net Profit and add that to your 1040. Your adsense earnings would be a part of your Gross Income.
