You mean like a W-9? I don't remember completing one, but honestly I signed up with them awhile ago and I could just be forgetting. They don't withhold taxes if that's what you mean. I guess you could ask them about it if it was a concern.

There really is no best affiliate program. If you decide to become an affiliate marketer, you should pick a product that you use and beleive in.
When you have a passion about something, you will see better results. If you are just selling whatever has the best payout and you don't know anything about the product you won't have much success in selling it.
There are so many to choose from and so many comp plans. I think the best ones are the ones that offer a 2-Tier payment structure that enables you to earn money from the affiliates you refer too. This gives you the residuals for years to come.
When picking a product you should always go with a hot trend or un-discovered niche.

Commision Junction what is your function.
I think I e-visited it once.
Seems to be agreement that there is no best one.
And if there was someone would probably try to make a better one or the good one would go downhill.
One network marketing deal I joined had a life time membership.
When they switched to an anual fee I dropped them as I was mainly in it for the products and working something else.
Wasn't worth paying $35 a year to buy products with only one downline member.
Keep seeing a rep posting that this MLM is "the best in North America" so hard not to hijack her thread and ask her if she joined . . . .
