I tried the paid to do surveys thing..and I actually made 10 bux for taking maybe 10 surveys..problem its I forgot the link and havent cashed the check in 2 years. Its void now, but yeah survey sites work. Merchanting can also earn you a pretty penny if you have the right providers..

Make websites, its fun and if you get good you can earn more than a living from home. I make very little right now but I'm still young and hope to really increase that amount in the future. You have to get enjoyment out of it though, I like it, some people don't. If you don't like it, it would be just like going to the job you want to stay home to get away from now.

No, No, No. Unless you have a REAL product or a REAL service, something others really want, or something you would really buy, working at home is a fancy marketing label for "you get suckered into doing crappy things so some other guy gets rich off of your and 10,000 other's cheap or free labor". That's my opinion at least.

I have just started with google ads on my web pages. I have not made much but I have made some money and I am just starting. If I apply this to more sites with a better target I believe I can earn $100 per day with out a problem.
I also work from home with a network marketing company. This does work too, I have found that it takes time and you have to stick with it but it does work.

Greetings,
Like any business of your own, it makes no difference where you work from as long as you are professional about it. I have owned several businesses over the years, conventional, and internet based ones, and I can tell you with absolute honesty, internet is the way to go. I have worked from home for the past 11 years and I would never go back to owning a conventional business with all the headaches and overhead. I simply took a conventional business model and adapted it to the internet, and I recomment that this is where everyone should start. Find a niche and fill it.

i believe it works... however.. am still not earining much!
but i know ppl who worked on mlm and quite their daily jobs... and alot of ppl online are doing the same now!
alot of ppl are making more than $200000 a year.....
but it needs time .. it is like snow ball
am still at the beginning but am gonna do it 
for ppl who says that you have to have a real product.. well no you dont have to have a real products...
but it is butter to have a website on a subject with opt in... so u can get contacts and then keep selling them other products as an affiliate

I agree that most of the "work from home" ideas on the internet or through direct marketing are scams. however there are opportunities to make money from home, and all of those require hard work, and time. you are not going to "get rich quick" with little or no work put in.
I would suggest to anyone who is considering working from home to do the research, put together a business plan. Know how much you will be spending on supplies, advertising, ect. THEN implement the plan in your Spare time.
I wouldn't quit your "day job" until you are making at least 1.5x your present Yearly income. remember that you will no longer have company supplied benefits like health insurance, 401k ect.

I have been working from home for the past five years. I have not made the "big" breakthrough yet but it sure is nice to not have to answer to a boss. I am also a single parent and the extra time I have been able to spend with my two kids is invaluable.

The key word here is "working". You need to work hard and smart just like you would at any other job or business. Don't expect to play video games all day and make a living.
Most people don't make it because like any other job it can be tedious, boring and frustrating at times.

The key to making money from home is to find your nitch
You have to do the research to find out what a particular group is looking for and provide it for them.
Remember that most busineses fail wheather online or off. Don't give up until you find something that works for you and then build on it.

Of corse it really exists! All u have to do is to :
- Find a Honest company (many scams are just around the corner)
- Work as a Pro
- And be positive
And it will work for you! it is not magic!
