Will Google Stocks Continue to Climb?  Reply with quote

What do you think? Will Google stocks continue to climb, or are they going to slow down?

Google will not continue to climb until it proves it can generate the revenue
that is expected by Wall Street. It may in fact decline.

Its a powerful brand and they are blowing their competitors away ... BUT ... a stock trading at 190 times earnings seems a bit pricey to me, no matter how innovative (and they surely are) the company might be.

So far so good for them, and a lot of speculators have made a lot of money this last year, but they need only to to fail once to reach their numbers and the stock will collapse.

It will fall. I'm suprised it's risen as high as it has to be honest, especially with the crazy dot-com days so fresh in the memory.

of course it will fall. The prices of googles stocks (and also Yahoo!'s) have been bouncing all over the place in recent months, so i think any drop is likely to be temporary. Lets be honest, google hasnt really been on the market for long, and search engines as a whole are a very new commodity; so its difficult to predict anything.

Look out for Google getting even stronger in the next 12 months.

however i remeber telling people back in march that google was headed for a severe nosedive, so i wouldnt listen to me.

Do you think the Google stock has risen so high because it's attracted an awful lot of retail investors (who could well get stung when the professionals sell up and the stock falls)?

I think that google will continue to climb. They are constantly coming out with innovative products that once we use, we cannot live without.

I just love google. They rolled out desktop search version 2 yesterday. I love it. Instead of searching for things, google actually brings information to you.

I also hear that they are about to introduce a instant messaging client that will supposibly deliver ads that are related to the conversation.

Keep up the good work google.

Google Talk was released today to provide rival services to the likes of Skype and MSN Messenger.

Was leaked last night. Was on it for a bit before they closed the server. Reopened it this morning. Just Jabber protocol was expecting alot more from Google but we'll see how it goes.

If people can use the Google IM with GMail then the marketing alone could sell this product, regardless of whether it's better than MSN/Yahoo/Skype

I think that google will continue to climb. This is the real world and competitors are not good.

Life is life. Hard one
