Oil Prices  Reply with quote

How much does the current oil price affect your personal finances? I'm not just talking gasoline for your cars but also the potentially higher cost of other products that use oil either for transport or production.

Some people are predicting that oil production will peak in the next 15-20 years. If this happens then the burden could outweigh even taxes. Until then spare a thought for us Europeans who are taxed an awful lot more than you guys Wink

Oil prices are a killer I own a lawn and home care company. It really hurts me to see that the oil and gas prices go up threw the ciling. And because of this I have limited travel and loss of customers in some areas.

It effects you alot from your gas for you car, to your electricity bill, to your food ...everything goes up. INCLUDING TAXES. LOL. What gov't needs to do is decrease taxes on certain items such as this, if oil prices go up. We need to use other sources like Natural Gas, which I am involved in. <URL DELETED> Or better yet use alternate choices. Government has it all WRONG
