Hello everyone, im new to the forum and am in the process of reading RDPD and listening to the audi cd's. I would appreciate some mentoring on getting started in REI. Thanks

sorry for the long delay in replying. RDPD is a good start. http://www.real-estate-online.com/ is a good resource, also. David Finkel and Peter Conti are authors that have some sound basis in REI (check out Making Big Money Investing in Real Estate) There is always a local REI club.
There are as many ways to make money in real estate as the mind can conceive, and then some.
