What proof of income is required for a home loan?  Reply with quote

I have only recently developed enough of an income to support mortgage payments for a home loan, but my income does not show up in last year's tax statements. Can I still be approved for a mortgage before the end of this year? What proof of income will I need?

None..just go stated income. Basically its also called the no income verification loan and all it really means, is that you do not have to submit W2's, payment stubs, and proof of income. The rates are a little bit higher than full doc, but if you have a hard time showing income, this is your best bet
