Wonderful ideas to have caviar!! I mixed it up when it's normal , nothing outrageous.

I do like to have a nice and fresh caviar on another skin or eat in with my fingers . When the circumstances allow for it .

If they don't, avoid silver or metal . Go for mother pearl, bone , wood ... Keep it fresh and eat it a body temperature .

Have you tried with boiled potato and truffled eggs?

I believe that caviar should be served pure, with no crackers or garnishes. It should be taken from the plate to the mouth, at room temperature, with a small, non-metallic spoon. A small amount should be placed upon the tongue, at which point the tongue should crush the caviar against the roof of the mouth. After savoring the flavor, the caviar should be swallowed, and the palate cleansed with a sip of fine, brut champagne.
