not if this is an ad-hoc setup.. because there are strict rules about who can provide immigration advice or act on someones behalf for payment/profit. If you operate outside Australian rules you may actually be fined or prosecuted, and if you provide the wrong advice you can be legally sued. Can even be expelled from Australia.
** warning - if you help someone out even in good faith and you give the wrong advice or something happens you can be held liable for the consequences.
Note that there is no reason you cannot have two jobs or volunteer in your community to help (rather than exploit), or have a legitimate job as an immigration advisor (with appropriate licensing, regulated company etc).
Hello, world!

The short answer is Yes to your question. To be a migration agent in Australia, you need to be registered with the Office of Migration Agent Registration Authority (OMARA). By the way if you searching for a new job I can recommend to use Jobsora service for this purpose https://au.jobsora.com/ This website is fast, convenient and modern, adapted to work on any devices. With it filter panels you can easy find interested jobs in few seconds.

I myself now choose a good c*sino, and I think that it is realistic to choose what will not cheat and will not screw you. I now choose Australian online c*sino real money. What do you think is the right one to choose?
