Anybody been following Donald Trump's reality show "The Apprentice"?
I've been hearing about it a lot, and figured since it is business related, that I'd check it out. Saw my first episode last night and thought it was pretty good. "The Donald" is a pretty funny guy, he may not be trying to, but he is to me. Anybody else seen it? What do you think?

I've been watching it from the very beginning of the season and I love it !!
I started watching it as a learning tool and it has been great! With each task they do I ask myself would I do that, what would I do different? What research would I do, ect and then compair it to what they have done, how they've acted just to see how much I really do know on top of learning a few new things. Who better to take advice from then Trump himself. Knowledge is power!!

Yeah, it can be educational as well as entertaining. I'm going to try to catch it again this week, sometimes I like the reality shows once they've paired down the cast, that way I don't waste time learning about the early losers.

His show actually was not doing that great at the beginning which was a real shock but they said it had to do with the other shows that were are on at the same time. Strangly though I find that the losers (at least some) are good learning tools themselves. Some people that were on the show really didn't have the mind set to make it from the very beginning but some of the others that seemed like they would go far didn't. That's what interested me, the little things that are so easy to miss unless you are really paying attention. A few of the people in the start had the business sense but lacked the proper speech and tact that is more important than some people give credit.

Looks like Trump might be having a few problems in "reality"...

Amid 'Apprentice' success, Trump's casinos in trouble financially

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. -- While Donald Trump basks in the popularity of his runaway hit reality TV show, "The Apprentice," the auditors for his Atlantic City casinos are raising alarms over their real-life debt.
Barring a bailout, Trump Hotels & c*sino Resorts may not be able to continue as a "going concern," auditors for Ernst & Young LLP warned in a letter to the company's board of directors.
The debt-laden company, which runs three Atlantic City casinos, is struggling under stiff competition, recurring operating losses and what had a working capital deficit as of Dec. 31, 2003, the auditors said.
