Yes you can, but it will take time and hard work.
Watch out for any offer that purports to make you very rich overnight, it will most certainly be a scam.
Build a business or website and grow it over time...

Yes I have to agree It can happen and many people do as Andrew said avoid the over night success stories and get rich schemes ...
Do your work put time into when the people don't pour in don't be discouraged as people will come as you build a good online site or business the hardest thing is giving it time... As over the past eight months i have gone form making nothing online to almost a 1000 month profit but those first 3 months I bearly made enough to cover costs. I do this a my side job as i work full time during the week. A lot of it is trial and error and figuring out what works and what doesnt.
And dont rely on one source for you income like dont only rely on adsense or just on affiliate .... what if they drastically cut payout then you are up a creek!!

Wutup!
Don't put the internet first - it's just a tool. Put ya bitness first and let the net bring the clients.
Just like building a house, don't worry about the hammer except when you need to drive a nail. Don't worry about the net except when you need to get ya mesg out, let ya clients pay or anything else wit ya communications.
So what's ya bitness? What can you do for people that they'll pay for? Only one man can speak to that: you.
Any other way ain't doin yaself the true service.

I second to xboxundone's advise.
Making money doesn't come easy. It takes time, hardwork, as well as determination to try on and on and on....to achieve what you desire.

I agree, you need a plan.. You also need to spend weeks, if not months of tedious searching though webs of sites to find the right one for you.. It's a lot of hard work but once you are established it can be very rewarding.

Start with reading some good articles |
|
|
Try to find those at google. Not the ones which promise you to become a millioner in 9 minutes ( LOL there are some..), but those which explain you how to earn WITHOUT promotional language...
I think this one is good.

it is possible, and would be rather hard to get up and running, but once it's up, it'd be realatively easy to maintain.

Yes, it's very possible to make a living over the internet. I'd recommend investing money in reputable companies.
That is essentially what I have done and I am now earning over $1000 each month. Not quite a living but a very nice additional income.
The only thing is I had to use my own money to be able to make that much each month. It can be a lot harder making a living over the internet if you don't have capital you are willing to risk to get started with an opportunity.
If you are committed though and a hard worker anything is possible over the internet .
