Don't rent forever (unless you really want to).
If you're like I was, you're still renting because the conventional road to the Ameican Dream is closed to you.
Hosed credit? No down payment?
Don't give up. I didn't!
Now there is a free search engine that is designed to locate those 'no money down' deals you hear about but rarely find advertised.
Just submit a free, quick form and find a creative investor in your area.
Creative investing is the path, not to quick riches, but to a piece of the American Dream.

Before you own any house, you have to think very seriously about the cost of owning that house. Some people can easily afford it. But many must not go into that path if they don't have funds to cover the cost. It is foolish to own a house in order to be in debt for the rest of your life!.
You can not become free by accepting to be occupied

Everyone needs a roof over their head, ashraf.
Whether it be rent or a mortgage, there will be a monthly bill.
The good news about a mortgage is someday it will be paid off and the asset you control appreciates in value over the years.
Rent is just money down the tubes, forever, with nothing to show for it. That, my friend, IS being in debt for the rest of your life.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
