Job Description
The Regional Financial Controller (RFC) will be based at the Cheshunt office and report to the Group Finance Director. The RFC will be managing one area consisting of three divisions as well as providing supervision to three Divisional Financial Controllers (DFCs). The role encompasses the opportunity to build a strong working relationship with the Regional Director and local Divisional Managers. The RFC will be in very regular communication with the Group Finance Director on all finance and administrative matters.
The RFC will also supervise the budgets, forecasts, monthly financial figures, project reviews, manage performance analysis, cost controls and oversee revenue recognition. The RFC will also be responsible for assisting the DFCs, local Divisional Managers and Operational Managers with financial information, enquires and meetings.
The RFC will be well integrated with the wider business and therefore travel to other UK sites on an occasional basis will be required.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will need to be a Qualified financial professional with a wide range of technical experiences and commercial acumen. The candidate must be confident in using various computer applications including strong knowledge of SAP including the ability to be self-dependent, 'hands-on' and rational.
